A dream NCAA Tournament schedule jam-packed with college basketball drama comes to an end on Sunday with the final games of the Second Round, which deciphers the last eight combatants of the Sweet 16.
We’ve already seen some major upsets, including the Saint Peter’s Peacocks becoming just the third 15 seed ever to make the Sweet 16 and No. 8 North Carolina dethroning the defending-national-champion Baylor Bears in the Second Round.
Sunday’s slate of games features two blue-blood powerhouses meeting in No. 2 Duke and No. 7 Michigan State, a tantalizing 4-5 matchup between Illinois and Houston, and other big programs in Villanova and Auburn (both No. 2’s) in action.
